Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing email management solution, which will give you full command over your email box accounts and email newsletters. Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your mailbox accounts against spam e-mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwelcome emails will find their way into your email mailbox. Your mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message flagged as spam should be erased or redirected to a certain e-mailbox account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are excellent for filtrating your incoming electronic mails on the basis of specific rules defined by you. Creating mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantly. You can swiftly create an e-mail filter for any of your email accounts and specify the email filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming mail messages from one e-mailbox to another, or even to a number of other e-mailboxes. Simply select the electronic mail account you want to forward messages from, then choose the target mailbox and select if you would like to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily set up the electronic mail client of your choosing to access your email mailbox accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox you wish to set up on your computer or mobile device and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple mailboxes at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also enable you to quickly set up an auto-reply message - enter the message you want people to read and our system will do everything else.
